Automatic Tasks

GoodOK’s automatic tasks allow users to perform actions automatically, such as opening notifications, sending emails, setting alerts… under established conditions. The purpose is to automate work.

Automatic tasks are composed of 3 parts:

  • Action: What the task should do.
  • Conditions: The conditions that must be met to execute the task.
  • Objectives: The object to act upon.

An example of an automatic task would be:

“Assign a responsible person when a notification with CIF A12345678 arrives. The responsible person should be Operator Manuel”.

If we look closely, we can divide the previous text into 3 parts.

  • “Assign a responsible person”. This is the action of our automatic task.
  • “… when a notification with CIF A12345678 arrives”. This is our condition.
  • “… The responsible person should be Operator Manuel”. This is our objective, which we establish when creating the automatic task.

The above image shows the structure of the aforementioned automatic task.
