The following are examples of pre-built automated tasks:

Assign operator “Manuel” when a notification is included in the “Justicia” filter and has the CIF “A92989409”.

Set an alert with the text “Revisar embargo” and a date “2” days after receiving the notification when opening a notification with the keyword “Embargo” in the main document.

Open a notification 2 days after it has been received, and the notification is included in the “Hacienda y Agencia tributaria” filter.

Send an email to the addresses “email-1@test.com, email-2@test.com, email-3@test.com” with the subject “nueva notificación” and the text “Ha llegado una nueva notificación” after 5 days from the availability of a new notification with the CIF “A92989409”.

Set an observation with the text “Observación test” when a notification is included in the “Seguridad social” filter.
