Actions

Automatic tasks are capable of performing actions automatically. A task can only have one selected action. The currently available actions are as follows:

• Open notification The task will perform the signing operation on a notification.
• Set alert The task will set an alert.
• Send email The task will send emails.
• Assign responsible person The task will assign a responsible person.
• Set observation The task will set an observation.
• Send HTTP request The task will send an HTTP request to the user.
• Change state: Change the state of an accepted notification if the conditions are met.

The conditions and objectives depend on the selected action for the automatic task.
